Please be informed that due to equipment replacement work (heat source system renewal), a planned power outage will take place during the following time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your kind understanding. ■Date and Time of Power Outage Thursday, October 30, 2025 1:30 a.m. – 5:30 a.m. (Applies to guests staying on October 29.) ■Unavailable During the Outage ・Room lights, outlets, and all electrical appliances (charging not available) ・Wi-Fi ・Toilet bidet function (washlet) ・Elevators ・Air conditioning and heating ・Hot water (cold water will still be available) ＊Please note that the hot spring will open at 6:30 a.m. on October 30. ■Available During the Outage ・In-room telephone (you may contact the Front Desk) ・Toilet flushing ・Cold water supply (no hot water) ■Safety Measures ・In addition to the regular night staff, extra staff members will be on duty and patrolling during the outage. ・A battery-powered portable light is provided in your room. If you need any assistance, please contact the Front Desk via the in-room telephone.
